About my journey...

I started a candle company in 1999. Looking back I realize it was one of those 'adjacent' creative jobs we artists like to get ourselves into. You know - not being an 'artist' exactly but just enough creativity to get by. Can you relate?

I learned a ton about product development and online marketing, and I got to experience first hand how scaling a typical product-based business results in increased costs including warehouse space, inventory costs and shipping staff. But after 22 years something began to awaken in me - that dream of being a true artist that had taken a back seat all those years.

So, at age 51, I began to invest in many different courses and artist communities - anything I could to learn about how to free the artist inside.

And when I found Print on Demand, I knew this was the path I wanted to take for my new art brand. It's the perfect marriage between art and product! And as I follow this path I'm excited to share what I learn with you too!
